We invite you to be part of the most important conference on Information and Communication Technologies in Ecuador.

If you are in Ecuador, will appear the provinces to select, in the case of another country, enter the name of the country, and then only its capital will be selected.

There is the possibility of adding an institution that is not a CEDIA member at the time of registration, click on «+» and enter the name of the institution and its location. 

If you have selected or entered the institution to which you belong, it is important that you also enter your institutional e-mail address, as this will be the means to validate that you belong to that institution. 

At the time of registration, you will have to choose a category, whether you are a participant or an author, in the case of participants the categories are: 

  • CEDIA students: If you are a student of a CEDIA member institution
  • Students: If you are not a student of a CEDIA member institution
  • CEDIA professionals: If you are a professional working in a CEDIA member institution
  • Professional: If you are a professional from a non-CEDIA member institution
  • CEPRA Researcher: For authors with current CEPRA projects

In the case of authors, the category to choose will be linked to the type (Scientific Track, Technical Track, and DSICT) and the number of pages of the article. 

Yes, at the moment of entering the data of the first registrant a new tab will indicate the current value to be paid, at the top of the tab there will be an option «enter participant» where if we click, it will ask us for the data of the other person as we filled in for the first registrant, this process can be done with the number of participants that we consider to register.

In this case, be sure to first enter the invoice data in the «Enter Invoice» button. Once you have completed the requested invoice data, the button with the payment options will be enabled at the bottom. 

All these processes will arrive directly at your e-mail address entered in the registration, it is important to always check the spam folder in case you do not find it in the main folder.

Promotional codes will be provided by the Institution if available or will be given directly by the Congress organizers. 

At the moment of entering the registration data we must place our code in the «Enter here» section after clicking on «Validate Code» a notice should pop up indicating that the code has been validated. 

Then we must click on «Enter Invoice», enter our data and the button (request purchase) will be enabled at the bottom.

You will receive an email notification that you have made the purchase with the promotional code, after this, you will receive a second notification when the coupon administrators accept your registration.

Important: If more than one participant registers, please note that the code will be validated once for each participant, e.g., if 5 participants register in the same process, the system will register the use of 5 coupons.
