Software is developed in increasingly dynamic and complex technical environments making it difficult to manage all activities. Rugby is an agile process model for continuous software engineering and for education which handles changes as unexpected events in parallel development workflows. It has been applied in multiple case studies in university and industry projects. Empirical evaluations show that continuous delivery, user feedback and continuous reviews improve the quality of development and teaching processes.
